We carefully create straight-line patterns on your clean cut lawn. We trim and edge to keep the perimeter of the lawn looking sharp and we blow debris off surrounding sidewalks, driveways, and patios.

Fertilization Program
We have created a fertilizer plan to keep your lawn healthy all year and coming back strong after the winters. We apply 5 applications of various fertilizers throughout the year according to the conditions of your lawn. These range from high nitrogen fertilizers, to fertilizers with soil treatment to withstand the heat of the summers, and winterizers to prepare the lawn for the harsh and snowy winters we get in Colorado.
Weekly Weed Control
Weeds can quickly take over a property. We provide a weekly weed control program to prevent weeds from popping up in your lawn as well as surrounding rocks, mulch, and landscape areas. With consistent maintenance we can avoid the weed problem that many homeowners have and add value and beauty to your property.
Aeration
Colorado soil tends to be compacted because of the clay in our soil. Aeration loosens the soil allowing oxygen and moisture to penetrate the surface and reach the roots. An aerated lawn allows you to use less water because the soil is able to absorb the water more efficiently preventing wasted water run-off. Spring and fall are perfect times to aerate your lawn.
Overseeding
Overseeding is an important service to keep lawns full and healthy. Overseeding is best in the spring and is a perfect complement when aerating.
Yard Cleanup
The yard cleanup service includes cleaning your lawn and other areas of leaves, branches, and other debris. Typically yard cleanups are in the spring or fall but we will schedule any time of year. We haul the leaves and debris away and leave your property looking great!
Sprinklers
Our sprinkler services include spring start-up, fall blow-out, sprinkler repairs, and sprinkler installation. Whatever your irrigation needs, we are ready to support!
Snow Removal
We have both commercial and residential service. We have plows for parking lots and driveways as well as snow blowers and shovels. We have flexible plans based on the amount of snow that sticks to the driveways and walkways.
